McDonald's - Edmundston

This is the McDonald's located inside the Walmart. The service was quick and friendly. The burger and fries were fresh and assembled properly.

Il me semble que j’étais amer vu que le wifi ne fonctionnait pas mais je n’en suis pas certain ce sera à vous de vérifier. Food was very predictable, it was good and served fast. We visited at breakfast time, and found that this location charges extra for juice instead of c.offee, where other McDonald's don't.

Going to get breakfast this morning and feeling we are bothering the employee at the ordering counter! Zero smiles! I think this is a way for McDonald to force us to use the new self ordering machines! Might as well talk to a machine since the employees don't like to serve the customer!Went to get a refill for my coffee, no coffee available, would have had to wait at the service counter 5 minutes, like the person in front of me, for an employee to acknowledge us and then get a grumpy look for asking for the refill..... another way they are saving money by not providing the refill as they advertise! Service is getting worse and worse. I guess they don't care for the customer!

I'm a local that goes there for breakfast on an average of 2 times per month, one out of two orders will be wrong at the drive thru and don't ask for a hot chocolate between six a.m. and eight a.m. they will tell you that the machine is being washed. Food is O.K.
