Tim Hortons - Edmundston

The store looks great, very clean and inviting. Zero wait time; staff are courteous and well-trained. My food was made 100% correctly, it was delicious. Although it got busier while I was there and the tables started filling up, there was never a line!

Staff are friendly but there are issues with food prep and planning. We wanted to make a quick stop for food on our road trip. We arrived at 9am for breakfast and they had already run out of sausage. We were told sausage would be ready in 8 minutes so we decided to wait. We ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes for our order, and only got our order after following up several times. We weren’t the only customers waiting around for ages for food. With some simple planning ahead this could have been avoided. I recommend skipping this location and trying another TH.

Bought 10 packs of Hockey Cards tonight, and 2 of them only had 2 cards in them. Workers are stealing them. When told the Supervisor, she said they don't steal them, and I said to check cameras. Wouldn't do anything about the issue. Will not buy from that location anymore. (Edmunston NB, Tim Hortons by Walmart)

Good service at this Tim's. Food is warm and yummy. Beverages are usually consistent.
