Crushed Red - Edwardsville

My husband and I went to the day of soft openness to this Crushed Red. We were never one, but had heard good things. The employees were very friendly and helped us through the ordering process (which is a bit disjoined and ordered various things at different stations). The food is delicious, although a little expensive for the portions. I appreciate the gluten-free crust option, and mine was delicious, but it was a bit smaller than the regular pizza of my husband. It seems a shame to pay more and get less. We have not yet tried the beautiful looking salads and will definitely be back for it.

It is a great and really stylish restaurant.. they have a large menu with a lot of choice and build your own pizza and salads.. the ambience is great and the exterior seats are perfect. I had the Chipotle BBQ chicken pizza, it was simply brilliant with many toppings on it. I would like to come here again and again.

What can I say... Food lives up to the promise of the founders. It's fast and healthy. What a great place for lunch or swinging in the evening and enjoy a beer with your food.

Fantastic place to get a quality, super-fresh salad. The interior is exceptionally beautiful and clean. The order is simple and the food is quickly prepared. It's really a breeze to eat there. So nice to have a healthier option. I didn't try the flat bread personally, but the person I was told it was good. The staff is fine, especially when you consider that this place is counter-performance. I would love if her companion site with the nutritional information was somewhat more functional, but this is a small handle.

I had the salad with BBQ chipotle chicken, black beans, corn, etc. and it was wonderful/very tasty. The large salad is very big definitely big enough to fill you up for lunch. I'm anxious to go back do a custom salad. It's nice to have all of the ingredients right in front of you to choose from.
