Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I would have given them 5 stars based on tge food was delicious. But, there was a wrapper of some sort in-between the layers of burger in my patty melt. I thought it was onion at first. I would not chew up. Upon removal from my mouth I saw it was either wax paper or plastic wrap of some sort about the same size of the burger. Otherwise tge food and service were great. Just be careful people. Someone could have choked to death on that.

Service is pretty quick even when the two drive thru lines are 20 cars deep! The employees here try hard and I appreciate them making dinner to the best of their abilities. Food can be greasy at times, but I understand I'm ordering a burger and fries so can't complain too much about it being a little rough in the stomach occasionally.

Usually so good with fast attentive staff. Not the case on afternoon of 8/3/22. Food slopped together, too much mustard, waited several minutes at counter to order while I made eye contact with like 4 different people. Restaurant a mess, guy at counter charged for cheese fries, not what I ordered. Didn?t want a meal with one of burgers, guy at counter assumed I did and before I knew it drawer wasn?t open and I didn?t have a chance to correct the guy. I never complain, but with the economy the way it is, when I spend 20$ for 2 people to eat lunch at a fast food joint, it should be good. And consistent.

You should not have to rifle through the bag to see if what you told the speaker you wanted is actually what you purchased. Ordered a #7 spicy with DR Pepper and fry sauce and another meal BY NUMBER with Pepsi and fry sauce. Why on earth would it be rang up as a single sandwich and soda for the same price? Why would they include the fry sauce with no fry's? They didn't repeat the order and the screen was frozen so it didn't show my order. Frustrated kids when you get home. Furious Dad when found out you got scammed for a $3 soda and $7 burger. This is the 2nd mistake at this same restaurant in the last 2 meals. Just make sure ya'll ask the window personnel to repeat the order before you hand over your cash. Lesson Learned

I had to wait about 5 mins to be greeted at the drive thru speaker. oh well, it happens. i ordered a patty melt with no onions and a cheeseburger with only mayo ketchup and pickle. guess what was on the patty melt? yep, onions! and the cheeseburger? HEAPS of mustard and onions. after i scraped off the gallons of mustard and picked off the onions, even the quality of the meat has gone seriously downhill. the fries seemed old and unseasoned. for the money, this place is robbery.
