Mcdonald's - Effingham

Very nice McDonald's! With kiosks for self ordering. Great soda selection. Wonderful service. Clean restrooms. Plugs everywhere with wi-fi! Great for hanging out with computers!

The manager here really need to change their settings. the one who handed out eating should at least pretend a nice way and wise to say thank you. she made me feel like I wasn't appreciated. then, when I had to drive around again because I got cold pommes, the next manager went out to tell me that I had to pull my car where she stood to get my fresh pommes.

The nuggets lubricated a big old or maybe the oil was a bit off. the pommes were crispy, but the tables were a bit dirty and the station the televisions we turned were a bit off.

Exceptional service and fast cooking time. the casket, brody, was very helpful and hard working. in any case will be back!

Super happy with my experience here, did contactless ordering and payment using their App and it was ready as if I did it all right there! The employees are great but I believe some of the managers could learn from their employees about mannerisms. Keep doing what you're doing!
