The Rusty Tractor Cafe - EGG HARBOR

I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant. They struggle to accommodate larger groups, and when we raised this concern, the owner was rude and labeled our party as difficult. Despite this, everyone in our group remained understanding, even when the waitress overlooked our order, napkins, and silverware. We expressed our appreciation and left a generous tip because we acknowledged that everyone was trying their best. However, what is truly unacceptable is dealing with unpleasant individuals. The owner is unable to handle feedback and is quite unkind. If you cannot accommodate larger groups, just communicate that clearly. If you need to stagger seating arrangements, inform your patrons. Honesty about what to expect would go a long way. Please, I urge you not to go here!
