Dunkin' - Eglin AFB

This place is just too much for one person to handle. It is a very busy airport with staff that are exceptionally helpful, particularly Renae. She is very professional and skilled at multitasking.

The cashier lady tried to subtly pressure me into leaving a tip without my knowledge! Just a heads up, folks. She's a bit pushy. I'm here on vacation.

The restaurant could use more assistance as it is overwhelming for one person to manage. Located in a bustling airport, the staff, especially Renae, are outstanding. They are very helpful, efficient, and skilled at multitasking.

The woman working at the counter completely ignored us when we stood there waiting politely for 5 minutes. However, when a TSA agent came up to order, she was able to assist them without any issues. It was disappointing that she continued to ignore us afterwards.

The staff at the restaurant did not acknowledge us even though we were polite and waited for 5 minutes. After the couple behind us in line placed their order without any issues, the staff went back to ignoring us.
