Quiznos - Ehrenberg

This restaurant feels like a scene from the Hotel California—an endless cycle of disappointment. I really can't comprehend how it's still operating. Someone needs to take action and bring about some changes. It’s as if the staff could use a priest to come in and bless the place. It reminds me of the film "From Dusk Till Dawn."

The restaurant features a spacious and inviting atmosphere that’s ideal for relaxation. You can savor coffee, pizza, and Subway sandwiches while you’re there.

I visited this location in early June and returned on Thursday the 17th, only to find out it was a Subway. I was disappointed to see that they were already closed, even though it wasn't yet 9 PM. Although their sign was still lit, everything inside was shut down, with all the tables and chairs stacked up.

I used to favor Quiznos over Subway, but after this recent experience, I no longer believe the quality of the sandwiches justifies putting up with employees who behave like that, especially when they make mistakes. As someone who works in the food industry, I know that errors can occur, and I didn’t complain when my sandwich was burned. However, it’s unacceptable for the staff to act as if the fault lies with the customer and to be rude afterward.

I truly enjoy Quiznos, and given the range of fast food options nearby, it would likely be one of my top picks, if not my favorite. The ingredients seem fresher and of better quality, and their toasted bread is far superior to what you usually find at other places. However, this specific Quiznos located inside the Texaco...
