Charleys Cheesesteaks - Eielson AFB

Garret has no idea what he is doing. Gave him my order and he just paced around. Told him multiple times what I wanted on my sandwich and that I wanted it to go. Apparently he didnt listen the 5 times I told him all of that. Had an attitude the whole time too. He needs someone to babysit him. My co worker went there after me and said the same thing about him. If hes working I'll eat somewhere else.

They too slow like only one person is working. He keep messing my order. I ordered prime bbq and he only gave me the sandwich with no meat on it. Waited for almost an hour just for that.

The slowest service I have ever seen, I ordered 6 mins ago and still waiting for my grilled chicken salad.

This place is awful ordered cheese fries didn't get any cheese, asked for mushrooms didn't receive mushrooms sandwich wasn't cooked all the way the workers seem like they have no idea what they are doing. I understand if you're new or if you're in training but atleast have someone competent enough to make a sandwich. 3rd time I've been there all bad experiences will not go back.

Lately they’ve been slow and the sandwich making process is very inconsistent. They added way too much sauce and was just burning my nostrils. I’m not sure what the sauce is. The lady asked me if I wanted everything on it, but I was standing before a line of four people. She could’ve just waited until I got a little closer.
