Baeren - Einsiedeln

Very welcoming place, excellent food, typical of the place, adequate staff!

Despite a lot of work, very friendly service. Food good, atmosphere rather sober.

Upscale and elegant eatery in the very heart of Einsiedeln, just a few steps from Einsiedeln Kloster/Cathedral. Zunfthaus Baren is tucked away on the first floor, past the bakery. Cozy and welcoming, yet unmistakably upscale vibe. Food and drinks are of stellar quality. Beef burger was moist, succulent and immensely satisfying. Beef soup with mushrooms was truly soul-warming, a must have on a chilly or rainy day. Thumbs up!
