American Diner - El Achour

I recently visited American Dinner and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The food was the worst I've ever had in my life. Firstly, I was looking forward to trying their American-style pizza, but instead, we were served an Italian-style pizza. When I asked about this, the staff simply brushed it off, which was very disappointing. The food was also very poorly prepared. The fries were incredibly greasy and overcooked, and the crispy chicken was practically swimming in oil. I felt sick after eating it. The service was also subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic, and did not seem to care about the quality of the food or the experience of their customers. Overall, I would not recommend American Dinner to anyone. The food was terrible and the service was lacking. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that serve much better food with a much better experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

The dirtiest restaurant, the slowest service, the worst staff ever with the MOST INEDIBLE FOOD ever, I’ve never had a pizza with the worst taste ever, it was burned on the sides and the cheese was disgusting the sandwiches we’ve ordered were served cold, with no sauce, dry and tasteless, last but not least the fries were barely fried and there was an insect (a cockroach) in them, when we complained, they just apologised about it handling the matter in the worst way possible, it’s simply UNRECOMMENDABLE 0/10

The worst restaurant i have ever eat in , to begin with they didn't have water in the bathroom believe or not , the service was so bad , there was no serviette , they took like ever to give us our order , they burned the burgers , The fries were tasteless, no salt in it The meat was baaaaad , very bad The pizza was like khobz khmir The man who is responsible of the music , mate you in the wrong job , please stop , You have two options at music classic or just silence I don't recommend it

Finally went to American Diner, FYI don’t they don’t offer any discount for Americans- I showed the cashier my I.d. and nope it didn’t work, but it was worth a shot lol. So before I went I read the reviews which was a bad mistake because the reviews are horrible and definitely didn’t match my expectations and kinda had me expecting the worse. Upon arrival the place was instagram worthy and so colorful , go upstairs and then you have a 100% American Diner set up, it was super cute and honestly perfect with the decor. They even serve glass bottle drinks for that special touch. Good: 10/10- cheesy pizza (good quality cheese) and the fries tasted like McDonald’s recipe. The cheesecake was 1/10, it tastes like whipped cream filling instead of cheesecake filling. Service: 8/10- too busy and I only saw two servers, but who were smiling throughout. Cleanliness: 10/10 very clean including the bathrooms. Speed of Food: 8/10- it was a Thursday so it was busy and the food came out at once. Prices- 10/10, I felt it was very affordable for the quality, quantity and taste. Decor- James Dean, Elvis and Marilyn Monroe galore…perfection. USA USA USA
