(an Asian woman with a big simile and short hair) they must sit on a table where annie serves. annie treats you like family. After dimming at howah for 3-4 times, she remembers exactly what she wants for drinks. her drink will never get half empty and she checks to make sure that everything is in order without “: Change over you” . the epitome of the excellent service so if she is a real nice dinner for two and they want to stay around the $20 brand, check out howah on dyer
I love this place. I love the service that we get from these waiters cannot remember their names, but they really have short hairs. we go there 3x per month and she knows what we drink go wash my lil young cup and fill it with juice and is very attentive. eating is not bad either. I would recommend this place.
Everything I recommend is there fried rice. it's delicious. there are big box garnel fried rice is good for a portion of 4. other than what I don't like there buffet. it would be better if the buffet food was fresh. they leave it for a long time and food is polluted.
Very poor quality, food had been sitting for quite a while and was not fresh. Save your 8 bucks and go someplace else.
If you are seeking the finest Chinese buffet in El Paso go to the East side and pay up to $16 a person for dinner.
