Mcdonald's - El Cajon

As always terrible service. They took longer to get you through Drive-Thru and I understand it's busy and it's a fast food restaurant, but they had to give this bad service? At first there were only two cars in front of me, but I took the one next to them to order. Of course they asked if I would use the app and I didn't. So I waited for them to answer so I could start the order. So the ones who were before me went by, so I was like it was my turn, but they never started talking. So I waited there after 3-5 cars happen before I could start my order. Okay, I forgot the pass why I understand they're busy. I had work on restaurants before I understand that it was about the ride thru trust me. So I started my order and I know that I said it right and clear that they heard me. When I went to pay, it was good and when she gave me my food, I was surprised that 2 of the burgers I asked. So I probably waited a minute before they came back to the window so I can leave the person in this special window that I asked for 3 identical burgers and I just got one. So they took another 5 minutes because of the mistake they did. I've never had any bad reviews in any restaurant fast food restaurant, why, because I like I said I have experience in this area of restaurants and especially on the car thrus I know that it can be a lot, but come guys need to work on your customer service because this wasn't the first time that something like a mistake that this particular location has done something about my order and yes I had done because I know that it's hard.

Honestly, I am very surprised that my food was made hot and fresh. Nothing was missing from the order and they even gave me my hot coffee with the right amount of cream and sugar. The manager cooled, even though she cleaned the tables before she sat down. I was there between 7:20 and 8:00. Food: 5/5

I'm just waiting for my food from 20-30 minutes, and there were people waiting longer than I, they don't seem to care about the lobby people just car time

Worst customer service ever. They messed up entire ordoer went bsck and still gave me what I didn't ask for rudest managers ever
