Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q

Excellent BBQ place in El PasoIt's right off the I-10 west but you have to back track a little.

WowWe were a little afraid to stop here because we were unsure how it would rate as a "multiple location" restaurant.

I flew into El Paso and wanted to eat some BBQ before driving out to New Mexico for like 1.5 hours.

BBQ... This is my first attempt at Fast Food BBQ and wow. From hawaii come where we are not happy enough to have this type of Texas BBQ, I saw that this is good. The bride was moist and taste so good, the baby back RIBS... DAMN fall well from the bone. And I loved having an old stream soda. Very cool atmosphere with the picnic feeling in a light bar shape.

The food was amazing! Turkey was more dry than I would have preferred, but it was tasteful and delicate. The brisket on the other side was amazing. Whenever I'm in town or I'm past a Rudy, I'll stop.
