Subway # 53737 - El Cajon

Terrible service, not order here. I mean or gave up. the bad experience

Placed on the 19th and it was perfect so we decided to order again on the 31st. that was a mistake. one of our sandwiches had no extra that cost an extra $1.89 that is okay, mistakes happen. what was not okay was the hair we found in sandwich. we immediately called the restaurant and refused to replace or refund the sandwich without bringing it back. remember, we had already told them that it was partially eaten (ew) and the rest thrown into the müll. the manager did not come to the phone and talked about the employee who told us that we could not get a refund or exchange if we did not return that sandwich. my brother and I are both managers in the food industry. that is not how to deal with a customer in this situation. they do not tell them that they bring back a product with a hair, so they “reveal it.” they offer a replacement or a refund and they do what they can do to make it right because they do not risk losing a sale or losing a customer, especially a master guest. in a situation that is so hard, a manager should always come to the phone, not talk through a hired person. even if it means putting the customer in the handle, they can quickly finish the task to hand and then answer the call. we are very disappointed about the way this was handled and the whole lack of customer service. I won't come back and if you're considering coming here, skip.

Really small amount of veggies on my salad and wraps. End up paying alot for the quantity of the food that I receive.

Ordered the Subway Club last week it was the best. Did so again today. YUCK! Idk what they did to it! I looked and it had just one piece, not even a whole slice of roast beef in it. It is supposed to have 4 slices in a foot long. I ordered extra cheese just had a sprinkling of cheese. So sad…..

Why would you advertise that you open at 8 online and on the front of your business if you aren’t open at 8? Plus it’s pretty rude to leave a fax number as your phone number.
