Panera Bread - El Centro

I was craving a pecan twist today and there was about 4 flies hovering around them. I hope I don't regret eating this pastry. The floor was filthy and this place seems to have downhill quite a bit. What's going on? I'm definitely not coming back, as expensive as Panera is, I'd expect a little better than this.

All I wanted was chicken noodle soup. Cashier took my order and then completely forgot about me. I was the only one there and she couldn’t be bothered to let me know my order was ready. After a long wait time, I asked about my order only to find out it had sat out there waiting for who knows how long. Finally left with my order and took it to my sick friend’s house only to find out it was the wrong order. This was an unfortunate experience. Customer service very poor.
