Feedback gevenThe customer service at this restaurant is terrible. They never acknowledge or offer assistance. This is the third time I have been here and the staff just stand around chatting with each other. When they finally do get around to making drinks, they work very slowly.
The barista informed me that Java Chip Frappuccinos do not come with mocha inside, despite my experience working at Starbucks and knowing that they do. Throughout the transaction, she was distracted by her coworker during the shift change and did not pay attention to my questions about payment. She also forgot special modifications to our drinks because she was too focused on chatting with her coworker. Overall, the service was poor and the drinks were of low quality. I would not likely return to this Starbucks and would recommend going a few minutes down the road to a Starbucks that upholds a higher standard of quality.
While this Starbucks is not my usual spot, it serves its purpose when I'm in that area. I typically prefer locations with drive-throughs, but this one is perfect for grabbing a quick drink or snack inside.

I always wonder where Starbucks get good employees from! They're so so helpful, love ? the workers from Vons!! They already know what I want as I go mostly every day!!! Thanks Vons!
