I am a doordasher as well and they always are so very nice to me and they always handle the take out orders with amazing care , I also have dinner there regularly and I'm always full and satisfied!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sushi
Not bad, but could be improved. The rolls are on the smaller side, and it looks like they do not do torched rolls (I asked but the best they could come up with were baked). The service was a bit slow. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Extraordinarily small portions for the price. Tastes amazing but the Crazy Horse roll is about $13 for 4 small pieces.
Very overpriced for what you get. chicken teriyaki was tiny, specialty rolls were smaller than usual. and too much styrofoam! so bad for the environment
I went there with my boyfriend and his three kids on Easter, making a total of five people in our party. We anticipated long wait times, which wasn't an issue for us! My boyfriend and I ordered sushi while the kids chose bento boxes. The drinks arrived quickly, and the restaurant started filling up with guests, which we appreciate in a small business. After about 30 minutes, the kids' bento boxes arrived, and we were happy to see they were fed. We were then informed that the sushi would be out shortly. However, we ended up waiting so long that the kids finished their meals before our sushi even arrived. We were told it wouldn't be much longer, but we waited an additional 25 minutes after the kids were done before we finally received our rolls. When our sushi did come, it was disappointingly dry and fell apart. Neither my boyfriend nor I could finish our rolls. I was so hungry that I didn’t take any photos before digging in, and now I wish I had! I also had to ask our server for the check twice, as she was busy with takeout orders. Ultimately, we walked to the front to wait, where she informed us that gratuity had already been added to our bill. At least she mentioned it. When we questioned why the gratuity was included, she brought over a menu with white-out marking indicating that gratuity is charged for parties of five or more. Five people? While I can understand a gratuity for larger parties of seven or more, this feels excessive for a typical family of five. We didn’t require extra chairs or large tables, as we were just a regular household. I’m giving this place two stars because I recognize that staffing on a holiday can be challenging with only two servers. However, the automatic gratuity for just five people really left a bad taste in our mouths, and we will likely not return.
