Taco Bell - El Dorado Hills

The order was complete and the food was delicious. However, the service towards the delivery driver was lacking. It's important for someone outside of the store management to be informed about their customer service concerns.

This Taco Bell location really needs improvement. We recently moved to the area and have had the worst experiences here! We've tried ordering multiple times, hoping it would turn out well, but it hasn’t. We’ve ordered tacos, only to receive them with no lettuce, no meat, and no cheese—essentially an empty taco, which is just unbelievable! I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch with no modifications, and all I got was meat and cheese—no sauces at all. It's just so confusing. I highly recommend avoiding this place to save your money. Every time, there’s something disappointing or missing. What’s going on with the staff or management here? Come on, do better!

I've attempted to order from here twice, and both times they've included meat on the vegetarian Mexican pizza. Since I only have a 30-minute lunch break and order through DoorDash, it's incredibly disappointing not to receive the correct items.

Every time I order from this store items are missing, taco shells are completely broken and they do not provide any sauce packets per my order.
