Burger King - El Mirage

Food is getting way better recently. Our only complaint is the fries are never salty and kind of bland but the burgers are always great. Rarely do we get burgers just thrown together and sloppy. Employees are friendly and polite.

Food was fresh and delicious. Our fries were hot and cooked in a clean fryer. Everything was well prepared. The staff was patient with me while I ordered and went above and beyond asking if anything else was needed.

I'm the only one in the entire store and I get served barely warm food. The hash browns were actually cold and stale.

It got a little bit better since The must be there other rude employees got thrown out of the place or something a bit better

BOO! HISS!! I have stopped by this new location numerous times for an ice cream cone. One out of seven times, the ice cream machine was assembled. It 's the same answer every time I ask for an ice cream cone, ..Ohhhh, I apologize but our ice cream machine is being cleaned at the moment. I can understand the time I stopped by at 10:00 pm., but what about 7:21 pm, 4:30 pm, 3:00 pm, 11:30 am, or Noon-thirty? Each and everytime the cashier apologized, puts on a sad face, and points over at the ice cream machine. Btw, everytime I look over at the machine its dismanted with all the parts lying next to it, ready to be assembled and serve ice cream. Also, four of the seven times I was declined service, it was the same cashier who said he couldn 't serve me because the machine was down. He didn 't even recognize that it was me asking him, AGAIN, for the fourth or fifth time. Geezzz fella, wake up! I think the crew is just lazy and don 't want to have to clean it when they 're closing.I have never been more disappointed by a fast food restaurant until now! Boo hiss Burger King! You bite McNugget!!Don 't worry, I won 't stop by, or try again, nether will any of my friends or family members. I will be sure to pass the message along that Burger King doesn 't have enough energy to set-up thier ice cream machine because God forbid they 've got to tear it down and clean it at night. TRUST ME! I HAVE A BIG MOUTH AND LIKE TO TALK, A LOT!!Have a great whatever!!
