Little Caesars Pizza - El Mirage

By far the worst little ceasars I have been to. Customer service was the worst, They only handed me part of the order. Had to wait a half hour for the rest of it. So by the time I got home it was old, and the pizza that I waited for ended up being wrong anyway... smh

I was there to pick up an order for a customer. Arrived at the store at 8:55pm and the order was supposed to be ready at 9:00pm. They told me they were still preparing it and it should be ready soon. For the next half hour, they kept telling me it would be ready soon. Finally started blaming it on their over, even though I watched multiple other people pick up orders. The order was finally ready at 9:27pm. I've been to a lot of different pizza places and restaurants in general working food delivery, and this particular Little Caesars is one of the slowest. I will be very hesitant to accept offers from this place moving forward.

I am obsessed with their pretzel crust, It’s amazing. I have been ordering from them often.

I ordered Uber eats. 3 pizzas total. Only 1 pizza showed up to my door. I was a regular customer before… after this I will never eat little Cesar’s ever again.

This place is the worst. I asked her how do you know if your order is ready, and she said to just keep checking… they don’t call a name or anything they just sit your food down in the back. She told me it would be about 15 minutes and I waited 40… no big deal, but I had to keep checking if my food was ready…
