Feedback gevenThis McDonalds was so awesome. I have a 21 year old autistic boy and at the end of our lunch time on Sunday April 2nd 2017 he had a melt down. He wanted a hot wheels happy meal toy but they ran out I was trying to get him to understand and he wasn't budging. They employee totally understood what I was going through. She gave me a cookie for him but it didn't distract him. He was still very agitated. Then he saw they had a Barbie happy Meal toy. Then he decided he wanted that one so right away I told him I'd get him the Barbie one. I went to get in the line and the employee saw that he wanted the Barbie one. So she went and got one for him and said he could have it. After that he calmed down. He's such a big boy and I was so panicked. They helped me out in this situation and I am very great full for that!!!!
This Mc Donald's is always packed. It right by the 10 freeway in El Monte. I went around 730pm through the drive thru. It took about 7 to 10 minutes to order and get the food. The drive thru employees were really polite.
Speedy, fast and accurate drive thru orders. Their fries r always just made, hot and crispy!!
I appreciated the cleanliness of the restaurant and how quickly the staff assisted with my order, allowing me to be on my way. They were also well-trained and managed, as everyone had their specific responsibilities and performed them effectively. I've been to other places where even the manager was unprofessional and didn't hold employees accountable. I just want to commend the team for their excellent service, and to the manager, you clearly know how to run things efficiently. Great job!
I typically don't write reviews about the staff because it's often different each time I visit, but the quality of the service has always met expectations. I've personally never had any issues at this location. A tip for anyone coming in late at night or early in the morning between 1 and 2 AM: they only accept cash during that time as their system is resetting.
