Waba Grill - El Monte

I really love the food here, but I always end up waiting a long time when I order through the ride service.

I had the most frustrating experience at this restaurant. Their service is the worst I've ever encountered, and they consistently mess up my orders. I recently picked up a family meal that was supposed to include an extra 10 dumplings, but there were none in the bag. When I mentioned it, they accused me of being wrong. I tried calling to resolve the issue, but, of course, there was no answer – this happens every time. I kept giving them chances, but they never seem to get it right. First, they couldn't fulfill my entire order, then they were out of cabbage for the veggies, and now they forgot my chili sauce despite asking for my preferences. I've had enough. This place is terrible. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Literally incompetent employees. Make sure to always check the bag they give you before you leave the drive thru and the execution. They never fail to get my orders wrong, no matter how many chances I give this location.

This is the 3rd time in a row I order a chicken bowl with avocado and the 3rd time in a row with no avocado what the hell is going on charging me for avocado when I don?t get any ? Train the cooks to read the receipt right I usually don?t complain but come on waba you are better than this !

Great food, clean place, but best of all the service. My cashier was Grabriela, she was super NICE, great attitude and welcoming smile. She answer all my questions with great confidence. She was very knowledgeable. Will definitely come back. I highly recommended this restaurant.
