Feedback gevenI went to this restaurant with my family for dinner on Wednesday, July 12th and was impressed with the level of service and quality of the food. Our waiter, Ryan, was very attentive and friendly. The overall dining experience was exceptional and enjoyable from start to finish. I would rate the food 5 out of 5.
The restaurant requires better management. There were many empty tables that could have been filled quickly. There is no excuse for customers to have to wait for a long time. Once we were seated, the service was extremely slow. It took too long for our order to be taken, and even longer for our drinks to be served.
I don't like that the food is lukewarm, fries are not fresh, it seems they're fried and just kept warm, yuk, I like fresh French fries, every time I order them I have to have it re done. What a pain! Is just fries! Serve them fresh please. For other people, I won't be going back for a while.Food: 2/5
My recent visit to this restaurant was exceptional, thanks to the amazing service provided by our server, Ryan. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but Ryan at the Transmountain Applebees went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable. From start to finish, Ryan was attentive and on top of everything. I highly recommend asking to be seated in Ryan's section if you have the opportunity to dine at this establishment – you won't be disappointed. I hope the management recognizes Ryan's expertise and acknowledges him as one of the top servers in El Paso.
Went to the Shack on a Saturday around 8pm. 1hr wait for them. Came here and they sat us right away. Cajun chicken and shrimp was ordered. Chicken was good, shrimp was fantastic! Steak for my wife was a little undercooked for what she asked but otherwise a great meal. Server was friendly and on point! Nice Job ? bees!Food: 5/5
