Bahama Buck's El Paso (n Zaragoza Road)

Taste on shaved ice and price is Great! The facility and customer service needs improvement. Extremely dirty floor, Someone dropped a snow cone on the floor and customers walking around it for about an hour. Someone can slip and fall. Staff didn't care. I rate this establishment an F.

The place was really clean inside and The girl with the red hair at the register was really nice even-though she was the only one working there, she managed to give us our snowcones pretty fast!

I really like to come here with friends or family. The service is fast but I do feel it could be a little more courteous. Also, this time one of our friends had to go back and ask for more of the flavor syrup because it was literally only on the outside and plain on the inside. Other than that, we're happy to be back for the all the delicious menu items.

Considering how packed it was and only 2 workers I think it was quite awesome. Yes, it took some time, I personally took 5 children in and plus the other people there, so it is to be expected. People were nice and the orders were correct.

Great shaved ice, a variety of flavors to choose from. The only thing wrong was when I went on a Friday it was one lone cashier taking orders, making them and doing the work of 3 or more people! Shout out to that girl, she was awesome..apologies I never got her name!
