Carl's Jr. - El Paso

Was super excited to get a burger from here, cause they usually don't dissapoint but, I was left with a dud. It wasn't busy, we were the only customer at the drive thru, ordered 2 burgers and a kids meal. Burgers were SUPER gross, I couldn't even eat mine that's how unappetizing it was. Hopefully I'll be able to post pictures so you can see that I'm not exaggerating. We don't live far from this location so there's no way that this burger could be cold and soggy from the 5 min drive. The drive thru cashier was super nice though, but whoever was behind the grill I'm sorry you hate your job but bro I'm so sad that this is the kind of stuff customers go home with.

DON 'T BOTHER COMING HERE FOR SHAKES. You 'll get ripped off BADLY. Ordered two shakes, got charged full price for less than half a cup of actual ice cream and the rest filled to the rim with nothing but whipped cream. What a joke. The employees said this was how the company wants it done now , what a poor way to reflect this company. Asked for a manager and was told Manny wasn 't on site; Manny, get your team together, man. Seriously.

I love coming here to eat they have vegetarian options and they taste good as well as being affordable!! The Beyond Burger is BEYOND DELICIOUS...and don't forget your Criss Cut fries and drink!!

Young male clerk at the drive up window kept misunderstanding and confusing my order. Then after explaining and reexplaining my order, an older male clerk stepped in and my order was STILL not what I requested, this middle-aged man got EXTREMELY RUDE and told me to go somewhere else and slammed the slide window shut and walked away! And all because they kept confusing UNSWEETENED tea with sweetened tea and confusing a hamburger MEAL with just 2 chicken sandwiches!!!

The atmosphere at this restaurant was somewhat dull, but that's to be expected at a fast food place. The manager who served us was very friendly and chatty. The food was tasty. I ordered the chicken tenders and they were juicy and crispy, without being greasy.
