Casanova - El Paso

The service was excellent, and the homemade pasta was fantastic. However, our experience the following morning for breakfast was quite the opposite. Everything about it was disappointing. The huevos rancheros sauce tasted canned, the breakfast potatoes were just frozen steak fries, and my wife's omelet was overloaded with salt, making it inedible. Additionally, there was no toast served with the omelet, which I find quite unacceptable. To make matters worse, the manager on duty came by but didn't seem concerned and offered no resolution. We shouldn't have been charged for that meal. I assume it's the same restaurant and chef, but they really need to improve their breakfast offerings.

I surprised my boyfriend with a romantic dinner, and I must say, this restaurant is a hidden gem in my opinion. The food was absolutely delicious! We had handmade pasta, an enormous shrimp dish, a perfect Caesar salad, and a hearty serving of meatballs. The live music added to the atmosphere, making our evening even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we definitely plan to return!

The food is not that good. Our server was good and trying to be helpful, but the kitchen messed our orders.

Food was ok the appetizer was not great and they initially forgot to bring it out. They comped it with an apology but wasn’t great.
