Chili's Grill Bar Restaurant - El Paso

We were seated for over 20 minutes without being approached. Everyone would walk by and look over but no one asked if we had been served yet. We ended up leaving. Not the first time this has occurred!

I like Chili's, good food, and great service. Never had a bad experience.

We love Chilis. This time we had the Chicken Crispers, fries and nac and cheese. Delicious!!!

I have been to other Chili's in different states as well and the food was really small portions and for the price it's better at Roadhouse, the drinks are not good. We had two different ice teas about and we're watered down

Extremely poor customer service and attention to detail. After my party arrived and I requested a menu, the waiter disappeared and we were completely ignored and disregarded. We ended up leaving after waiting for at least 20 minutes without anyone so much as coming to take our drink order. Shameful! And Sorely unacceptable!
