This is the best food in all of El Paso. It feels like a fine dining experience, with delicious flavors that are perfectly balanced in ingredients. The presentation on the plate is also stunning.

I went with high expectations and was still blown away. All we ate was so fresh, full of taste and let you just want a little more. But that doesn't mean you won't be full. The 3-course menu filled without ever feeling like it was too much. The service was great, fast and the atmosphere pulled it together. Really a nice culinary experience in a college. I recommend the summer gazpacho, tilapia, and ice cream due. There was a small mozeralla and tomato starter, just a few bites of goodness to start. The summer gazpacho was so fresh and tantalizing. Then the watermelon shots (not alcoholic) came to clean the pallet. When the Tilapia came out, it was nicely damped, perfectly seasoned and melted like butter in the mouth. Finally, for dessert, the ice cream with vanilla and in the house strawberry, with only the smallest pieces of ice inside, which immediately let me share a taste with the table.

The Food here is Fantastic! The students do a wonderful job preparing the food under Masterchef direction. If you were to buy this kind of meal at a Fine Dining retail establishment it would cost you at least double the price! Great food, great service, great price, great atmosphere! I been in food service all my life I absolutely love going here watching the students go about their day. Brings back memories. The place is so clean and the food is great! Recommend 100
