Golden Corral Buffet Grill - El Paso

We go alot.dinner, lunch and breakfast for many years. Always good service! But the last time we were there, the service was terrible. We eat very often, and we have never been treated so rudely. It was slow this day, it took 35 minutes until someone came to our table, so my husband went forward to get replenishment, three waitresses were socializing, then they began to come in the direction of our direction, I thought at least one came to our table, but all 3 went to clean a table nearby. I asked if one was our waitress, she totally ignored me. She looked at me and went away. I couldn't believe she treated such a customer! I don't think you want to be represented like that. I talked to a manager, he said he'd talk to her. She watched, but didn't seem to care. Maybe she needs to train how to treat customers and not have a setting. We are an older couple and like to eat there, but ruin our dinner to be treated like this. Thank you.

The food is okay. I guess it could be better if they changed the buffet a bit. It's always the same food. Nothing unusual. Food: 3/5

Services were fine, but I got a plate and there were some old orange sauce on the side it was old enough that it freaked out, I also took a spoon and it was greasy and there were fingerprints everywhere about it, I personally think they should spend more time on washing their utensils, because that was just disgusting! and the rice was so blazing and dry it tasted as if it were yellow I recommend a better place when you come here with the family

There wasn't a variety of meats. The food didn't look inviting nor did it taste good. The chicken was fried in old oil and dark meat only. The take out food is astronomically expensive. The only good thing was the customer service.
