A Colonial gem that has stood the test of time! Their signature dish, menudo, has become a beloved staple. Regularly, empty pots are brought in through the front door, filled with the slow-cooked deliciousness of corn hominy and beef tripe. Each serving is topped with fresh onions, cilantro, lime, and accompanied by homemade bread. While the decor may not be fancy, the flavors are deeply rooted in traditional culinary practices. Be patient with the table service—it's definitely worth the wait. Excellent, affordable dining!
