Feedback gevenWe love Jimmy John's! Super fast sandwich makers and they are very good. Great customer service. Also delivery is super fast as well and convienent. Oh and you gotta try the Jimmy John's dipping sauce, it's great.
On the back of the employees shirts, it says, ?Subbs So Fast You?ll Freak.? However it literally took 20 minutes to make two sandwiches with two other customers in the store. The kid making my sandwich looked like he hated his life and job. Not Fast At All. Will never ever return to this location.
I ordered a sandwich combo at 11:30. The guy that answered the phone read my credit card information out loud and was very confused . A half an hour later I still had not received my order. I called in and the same person answered the phone he could not find my order I needed me to repeat it back to him several times. He said that they were making my sandwich then which was 30 minutes after I had put my order in. He told me my order would be here in about 15 minutes that they were going to send it out right away. Half an hour later now we've hit an hour I still don't have my food mind you I live 5 minutes away from their store. I called in again at the 1 hour mark and the same guy answered the phone. Again could not find my order and did not know the status of my order. I requested to speak with a manager who was helpful to an extent. I would imagine that someone waiting for one sandwich for an hour and 15 minutes would be comped at least some part of their order but no that was not the case. When I finally received my order which was a tuna sandwich just as I had suspected it was soggy. I have had multiple issues with their Eatery but never one so drastic as this. Buyer beware with this particular site as they frequently get your order wrong and apparently now take an hour and 15 minutes to deliver I wouldn't exactly say that the logo on their cup which says freaky fast because it wasn't and freaky fresh because it was soggy is true
The level of customer service at this location is undetectable. Not only was a greeted by a rude cashier the manager was even more offensive. I will not be buying from Jimmy John?s again. Lost a customer for life.
The owner must not care to either hire more staff or fix whatever is the cause that leads to closing early, closing while other locations are open or keeping up in general. I made it there one day at 20 minutes till closing and an employee told me he couldn't serve me because one of the drivers had to leave early? I imagine profits are down. I may go elsewhere from now on.
