Like it had been frozen or they were from a local super market, it seemed also not to be egg as I am thinking it was some type of power egg substitute.
I ordered to go, person who took my call seemed rushed to get me off phone. The order was correct however only 2 small salsas for 2 dinner plates requested 2 more and they charged me $2.79 for what appears to be tablespoon servings. Way ovwr priced, quality of food and service has deteriorated since 1st opened location. Seems like most restaurants are great when they 1st open; after a year or so they slack off, thus shutting down their doors.
The dishes and utensils were dirty. There was dried food on the bottom of my food plate. The food was cold in the middle. Also, very very small bathroom for such a large restaurant. Nobody restrained their hair from touching food.
It's Friday evening so we the family got there around 4pm to beat the rush and attention was perfect. Fast service, great Margaritas and delicious food. Will continue going back.
I had lunch with my daughter wife during the week ordered a pork green chile lunch special . The young waiter was awesome, but his manager a short chubby Hispanic with beard wasn 't helpful. The manager asked me is everything ok ? and I told him that the pork was probably cooked too fast, because it has a game taste. I showed him my green chile pork bowl told him see, I only ate 2 pieces of meat. He replied sorry, do you want a sopapilla? Most restaurants i have visited usually offer you another plate or take the charge off your tab. (Not sure if it 's an El Paso norm?
