La Perla - El Paso

I reserved a couple of weeks in advance as we were guest at the Hotel. When we arrived for our reservation, we were told they weren’t seating anymore guests as they were at capacity and had a wedding party. I told the staff I had reserved a couple of weeks ago and were guests at the hotel, they ignored me. I asked to speak to a manager as there was obvious seating and waited 30 minutes. When no one arrived, I was finally told we could go out to seating. The next day they were closed even though I had a reservation for that day as well. I’d still recommend because when we were finally allowed outside it was beautiful.

Love the ambiance and vibe, beautiful views! The saxophone player was great!

We were ignored. The group of 4 that came in after us was waited on and still no one acknowledged us. We got up and left without notice. We then passed the hostess who checked us in by name at the door and she said, thank you! It was quite ridiculous. I was questioning if we were ghosts that evening.

A must to do in El Paso. We will be taking more of our friends there.
