Little Caesars Pizza - El Paso

I ordered wings at the drive-thru and ended up waiting 20 minutes for service. I watched as my order was handed to a car parked in front of me, and then I was informed that the wings were no longer available. Overall, I’d rate it 0/5: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I placed my order through the app and kept an eye on the tracker, but it never notified me that my order was ready. After waiting a while, I decided to call. By that time, my order had already been sitting there. The drive-thru line was really long and slow, so I went inside. The person in front of me had forgotten their wallet in their car. I asked if they could hand me my order, but they completely ignored me and continued with other tasks. I ended up waiting for the guy to return with his wallet, and then there was an issue with his card not going through. I had to stand there while two employees dealt with that situation, and by the time I finally received my order, it was cold. Every time I go through drive thrue pizzas are never ready then they tell you to wait from 10-12 min and you end up waiting 30+ min there’s a reason why it’s called drive thrue to not be having to get off your car and you end up having to get off your car to ask if they have your pizza ready already because it’s been more than 12 min just to notice they totally forgot about you! Worst place I used to work for little Caesar’s before and it was never like this now it’s like they don’t care specially this location this is ridiculous. I went through drive thrue to ask for my order because it’s been more than 30 min for the cashier blonde teenage telling me she told me I could go home or wait in the front for my order which I repeat it myself it’s been more than 30 min she was giving attitude tone I asked for manager “manager” comes I tell her what happened she seems confused than I said just give me a refund she said I can give you refund and your order than she gives me the refund and tells me the cashier “blonde” girl never told them my order which was literally just a 4 quarter calzony just that and waited 30+ min for me to get told my order was never made I asked for corporate number and she said I don’t have it what she don’t know is I will get corporate number cause like I said before I’ve worked for little Caesar’s in the past and I had the lead position not only that I know managers that still work for this company so even her not providing it to me made it worst. You guys need to get better at having pizzas ready through drive-thru, specially after school time. I always have to wait a long time for my pizza to be ready. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Pepperoni Pizza
