Mamacitas - El Paso

Food was good and the live music was a nice touch. Kind of wish our waitress was a little more attentive, but I’ll give them a break since it was a bit busy.

Third time eating here. First time, two of us and the food/service was great.Last two times, food still good but service is terrible.Previous visit the waitress acted like we were an inconvenience (2 of us). This most recent visit, service started out ok and then as night went on and it got busier, service went to hell (4 of us).Dropped off our food and did not check on us after. They got busy so waitress spent all her time with new tables ignoring us.We literally sat there for 20 minutes with our finished meals waiting for someone to come by. Were going to order dessert and coffee but who knows how long it would have taken so just asked for check and left.They need to do better with staff. No matter how good the food is , bad service is going to make people skip the place.

The food was delicious, fast service and Ashley our server was awesome.

The food here is good no doubt about that but the service was a little awful. When we were sat it took 10 minutes for our server to greet us and get water. She didnt respond when we said thank you or used manners. Also the servers congregate on their phones instead ofrunning their food to their tables. Other than that food was great :

Spent the week at the Hotel Indigo, and had breakfast each morning at Mamacita’s. Could not have been more pleased to have this lovely restaurant at the hotel. The food is remarkable! Fresh, flavorful, and unique. The service is great. The decor is eclectic and beautifully curated. It was a great start to each day.
