The restaurant had a lovely ambiance, but it was quite cold inside. It was empty when we placed our order, and there was a delay in receiving our food, which was confusing. The burger looked nice but lacked flavor and was overcooked. The bacon was also overly crispy. The chips were a mix of crunchy, raw, spicy, and soggy. My partner's burger was bland and came with disappointing fries. It was not worth the high price we paid. Despite being in uniform, I did not receive a discount. The service was subpar, and we did not see any desserts offered. I was hoping for a good experience, but I'm not sure if I would return to this restaurant.
Food Quantity: 10/10 - The burgers were large and came with plenty of delicious fries. Staff: 1/5 - The staff was rude and seemed uninterested in serving us. Service was lacking, which is a big factor for diners looking for a comfortable experience.
The Paleo Burger is so good. Juicy Beef, add Jalapeños and Boom. All the time.
It was mine and my family 's first time here. And I 've heard alot about this place so I figured we give it a try. Unfortunately I wasn 't and still not impressed. By the time we ordered our food to the time we brought it to our table it got cold pretty fast. Fries were either to salty or not enough salt. The burgers I 'm glad were ALL cooked but it wouldn 't fill you up. I 've noticed that ALL employees weren 't wearing gloves or hairnets. It 's takes employees to restock stuff like straws and lids. The bathrooms needs work And by work I mean there 's stuff that needs fixing. And I like the menu but for little amount of food.....it 's WAY too expensive for a fast food place I don 't recommend this place
