Eat sandwich shop I’ve found in EP! Great service and great food. I got the Bobbie and it was DELISH! Bread is soft and everything is really fresh. Quick service and very clean.

I have been coming to this under rated sandwich shop for about 2yrs. First sandwich I had was The Bobbie...(curious look it up then go get it I 'll go ahead and say I was hooked after that. I 've tried plenty of others (Chicken Chipotle, Cheese steak... there but The Bobbie is ? . I recommend Capriotti 's fairly often. When they end up trying it 's a WIN and The Cap has new fans. Like food? Like Sandwichs? I 'm telling ya...try it! Thank me later or not, but definitely GO enjoy a GREAT sandwich.

We have been loyal customers for over 15 years. Starting with Henderson NV we were elated to find a Capriotti’s located in West El Paso. Initially we picked up and experienced the quality sandwiches that were our long time favs. Approximately 6 mths ago we ordered a Capistrami, always an 18 inch size. Upon arriving at home we found the coleslaw to be “off”. It didn’t have an appealing taste, more off putting with a “sour” taste. We called and spoke with the manager who found the slaw had been made without the employee following the recipe and agreed it did have an off taste. She offered a free sandwich next time we ordered. Recently we’ve been enjoying the French dip. Today my husband went back to the old fav and ordered the 18 inch Capistrami. I arrived home and got out our lunch for today both looking forward to a great tasty sandwich. Once again the slaw was not flavorful and really had a “sour” off taste. We threw the sandwich away and we all know how much the sandwiches cost. I don’t believe we will be ordering from this establishment again. It’s sad because for years this was place was amazing.

I dined at this establishment with a friend last night, as I was referred to Capriotti 's by a close family friend who spoke highly of their vegetarian selections. My friend and I are both meat eaters, so we came in looking for something hearty and flavorful, but didn 't know what to order because it was our first time there. Before we walked in, we noticed a brief letter on the window near the door with a disclaimer that they were short staffed. We both laughed at the suggestion that was left regarding complaints and opened the door. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Marques (please excuse the misspelling), who carried such a friendly disposition and made us feel welcome to be there. Since it was our first time there, he offered up some menu suggestions, and the one I chose was the American Wagyu Cheese Steak. From the very first bite, this sandwich FAR exceeded my expectations! The same was said for my friend and her selection the Classic Cheese Steak. We only felt bad that we didn 't take any pictures! We completely forgot! It was THAT good! Or, maybe it was 'cause we were just *that* hungry (ha ha)! The drink selection, although lacking (some were either out of order or just lacking original taste), gave us an opportunity to be pleasantly surprised by their great tasting Root Beer... and my friend went back for seconds while waiting for the food. The men 's bathroom was a bit warm (upon entry), but not uncomfortable. It was clean enough; I wasn 't in there long enough to inspect anything. To close out this review, the food and refreshments were superb, and the staff was so very hospitable and professional, and you could tell they took their time with our meals (and I mean that as a good thing). What stood out to me the most was that the staff was composed of young people of color behind the register and cooking the food. You could see that they *wanted* to be there, that they wanted to serve the customer. We were their last customers of the night (final 30 minutes before closing), and yet they still treated us like we were the first. As a man of color (African American, specifically), this is something I don 't see very often anymore. So friendly, so approachable, and so professional. I was impressed, and it filled me with hope. Great food. Great service. Highly recommended. We will return. Oh, and we promise to take pictures next time!
