Rib Hut East - El Paso

Adrian took the time to check on us even after sitting at our table for more than 5 minutes without being asked if we had been helped. He walked over greeted us even though he had other tables to provide service too. He then took our drink, appetizers and food order without writing it down. He was so accurate nothing was missing. Thank you for the great experience Adrian and for turning it around. Compliments to the cook/chef food was delicious.

This place used to be really good but it has since gone down in quality and customer service. Ordered rib plate and sides were cold. The wait staff forgot about us for about 15 minutes. No drink refills, no bread, and the peach cobbler was terrible. It used to be amazing. I guess when the economy starts to tank so does the quality of everything else.

Went here when i was visiting El Paso Texas and we were seated pretty fast the service was good and i got the baby back ribs with a side of mac and cheese and curly fries and it was really good and i really liked the bbq sauce they gave us to dip it in so if your in the area and have not tried this place i recomend it.

The service was on point. We didn't have to waiting to sit. Our waitress was very professional. It was football night so it was a bit loud. The single rib, was a bit too charged for our liking. It lacked salt, rather all of the ribs needed it. Salad was great! Steak fries ...meh but my sweet potatoes fries were yummy.

I really enjoyed everything but the beef ribs. They were just a little too burnt. Everything else was so freaking good. The portions are freaking huge and the price is very reasonable. I spent 50 on this... I am so glad I went with my gut... Literally.. I really wanted bbq over Whataburger.. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in this area
