Smoky's Bbq - El Paso

A hidden Gem in the Upper Valley. Simply the best! The Johnny sandwich is delectable, and the sides are well made. Love this place.

Wow! We drove from Arizona today to do some shopping and check this place out! Absolutely worth the drive! Lola was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We got the Big Johnny and a regular Johnny. Barely able to finish the Big Johnny it was so much meat! The bread was toasted and so tasty! We absolutely will be back!

First time here, came based on reviews and man it didn't disappoint I got the big johnny. Brisket, pickles, mustard, bbq sauce, onions and chilies. It's a heart sammich and so freaking good. Brisket is tender and super flavorful had a mild smokey taste, the bbq sauce was pretty damn amazing. Mildly sweet had a nice tang and savor taste to it. I woulda drank this out the bottle. I got here just before the crowd started rolling in. I can see why they've been around since 1955. I'll be back to check the reat of the menu out.

Average bbq that seemed a little mushy. Service was good in this simple little store front. If had worse bbq I. Texas but I've had a lot of much better bbq there too.

Wow what can I say bbq not really pulled pork from the oven brisket was completely lack of any flavor all the sides were cheap knock offs from other restaurants and do t order to go they'll miss half your order.
