Tropical Smoothie Cafe - El Paso

The employee named André eats at the food station and removed something from his mouth. I took it to checkout and asked if he could remove his gloves and they looked at me like I was crazy. Then they killed him and left someone else to make my order. During waiting, the employees would make gestures fun of me while regularly looking back at me. Armando, the manager was on his phone all the time and refused to see the camera shot. Absolutely disgusting.

I like this place, but... young ladies coughing, boys took their sweet time. Two minutes for the ladies to get two smoothies out. 45 minutes for ONE peanut butter bananas flat bread?

This place is getting worse when I go in. The employees have no sense of urgency, they just chat with each other. You skipped my order because the girl didn't watch. The place was not busy at the time I visited and when I asked to talk to a manager, the girl was only controversial and did nothing about it. Right next to me was another supervisor on her computer who didn't even recognize the situation or anything. I was there 6/1/22 at 8:00. You really need training or new staff and management

I like the smoothies very much, but I think they're a little overpriced, but it's worth treating yourself! I recommend getting something with strawberries as they are my favorites! Do you remember tapping your servers?

When i order from the app they always put all items on my order thats one of the things i like sence i had to order from this local because the one by zaragoza would always forget To put my order right and forget items. 4? for that and by the way love the food is my favorite place. ?
