This is by far the best sushi I have ever had, and I come from San Francisco where fresh sushi is unparalleled. Sushi chef Beto is absolutely incredible and very friendly. I sat at the bar and he graciously put his own unique twist on my roll at my request, and I was not disappointed - his rolls are to die for! I don't know how they manage to get such fresh fish in the middle of nowhere, but it tastes incredibly fresh, which is crucial for sushi enthusiasts like myself. I cannot recommend this place enough. The service is also fantastic; Jenna is very sweet and on top of everything. If you're craving sushi, this is definitely the place to go!
Custome r service here is the worst! I ordered a few rolls and they told me that it would be 15 to 20 minutes to get there, 20 minutes and ended another 10 minutes for my order. When I came home, I saw that both were rolling wrong. when I called to tell them that my order was wrong, they got my information and told me that the manager would call me back what he never did the next day I called again and left another message. not too long after that I got a call from one of the waitresses who had a big job and told me she can give me 10% of my next order, I told her that I didn't think that was enough to correct the situation she ended up being crazy on me and screaming me and telling me because I didn't take it back that I couldn't get anything else than 10%. When I told her I couldn't go back because I worked, she told me she was working too, so it wasn't important. I asked myself to talk to the manager and told me he wasn't there and I could call back later and maybe he was there or maybe he wasn't there when she had put the phone on me. I called the load in the northeast and the manager ended the situation to correct and told me that the next day he would put a command for me. When I went back the next day to pick up the order, the waitress told me that I didn't want to go back because he said I had the previous waitress a stupid b * that was a lie the owners never contacted me to find out what was happening or discussing the situation. the sushi is not worth it here.
Friendly staff, but there was a change of the cook since it opened; at first it was great. the chef made my order wrong, then had to go back. yakisoba is sucked.
Great experience! Kind staff. Food was good, some better than the other but regardless a good experience!
