Feedback gevenThis Whataburger location is the nearest to my workplace, so I often visit for lunch. Unfortunately, the last four times I've been there, they have consistently made mistakes with my order. On one occasion, they even forgot to include a patty in my burger. When I raised this issue with the manager, all he offered was an apology. I didn't ask for a refund, but I would have appreciated if he had reassured me that he would address the issue with the kitchen staff. As a result of these repeated errors, I have decided to start frequenting a different Whataburger location.
The triple meat burger with six slices of cheese at this restaurant is incredible. I also had a shake, although I can't recall the flavor, but it was delicious.
I ordered food online for curbside pickup but they forgot one of the combos. I didn't notice until I got home and tried calling the restaurant multiple times on my way back, but no one answered. When I asked for the missing combo, I was given a hard time and had to show my online receipt as they didn't provide a physical one. They only replaced the burger, not the fries, so I had to ask again for the fries. Since they didn't answer the phone, I had to wait almost 20 minutes for the replacement and ended up at the back of the line. By the time I got home, my family had already finished eating. My online order number was 2091850.
I 've been eating Whataburger since the 70 's here in Texas. This particular establishment I visited a year ago. It was what I expected. Good food. This past visit it was terrible! I ordered my husband the chili cheese fries and the chili cheese burger.When they arrived they were practically dry! 1 single tablespoon of chili was on his burger. Maybe 2 we 're on his fries with abreath of shredded cheese. I told the girl who brought it this was not what I ordered. She tells me that they 're nearly out ofchili and that 's why our chili items received only a whiff of either chili or cheese. I told her, I wasn 't informed at time oforder there was no chili. I wasn 't given a discounted price either. I paid full price with the expectation the items wouldclosely resemble the advertised photos. The problem was not solved. We weren 't offered a different order. This location has losttwo customers for good. This is why Texas based family establishments don 't belong in the hands of Yankee corporations! (Icontacted Whataburger corporate about this situation. In order to complain you must first answer a few questions: was this anonline order? No. Was this ordered using the whataburger app? No. Two days later I received an email from corporate about myonline order placed in the app. I 'd receive a full refund if I 'd just log onto the app and send in my receipt number logged inthe app! All around ineptitude. Skip it.
I always order from here and they?re 100% excellent and nice. Today the manger assisted me with gift cards and went out of her way to check for new cards with pretty designs. Good management here!
