Feedback gevenI really enjoy Waterburger burgers. The service can be slow, but that's only because they are incredibly busy.
I placed my order in advance to minimize wait time. I ordered through the app at 7:55 AM for two items, a taquito and a cinnamon roll. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was no one inside and only one car in the drive-thru. I decided to go inside at 8:08 AM to inquire about my order. They were able to give it to me immediately, but I was frustrated to see that the restaurant was not busy at all. This specific restaurant is always slow and often makes mistakes with orders. I should have known better than to come here.
We ordered our food through the online app and were instructed to wait at curbside for someone to bring it out to us. After waiting 30 minutes, we decided to go inside and found our food sitting in the back. Unfortunately, the food was cold and the manager on duty was rude and condescending. Save yourself the trouble and go to another Whataburger nearby.
Worst Whataburger in town. Honestly like they take too long, wrong orders and cold orders. I went to this place often because I was pregnant and it was close to my job but everytime was something wrong. I love whataburger, it was my first job and all butthis one was not a good location.
Very Getto!When we went for dinner and there was almost a fight that broke out! Idk what it was about but I felt very unsafe and shaken after what I had just saw. Even when we were leaving the person that instigated the conflict was walking up to our car in the parking lot but we drove off before he could take to us. The employees were doing nothing, they looked at them and did nothing. You have people harassing your customers and your are doing nothing?!?!?! CALL THE POLICE! NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!
