Feedback gevenI have experienced receiving burnt and sitting-around food multiple times after waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. The manager in charge did not attempt to fix the issue and instead told me to find the corporate number online. She did not offer to replace the food or provide any fresh options. It is clear that she lacks training in customer service and providing fresh products to customers. I will make sure to inform others about the poor service and lack of response to food quality issues at this restaurant. If possible, I would give them a zero rating.
The food at this place is amazing. It's a unique experience that you can't find in California. If you're passing through El Paso, Texas, make sure to stop at Whataburger. The food is delicious and I will definitely be coming back on my way back to California.
I frequently get breakfast from this restaurant and they never begin preparing my online/app order until I come in. What's the use of ordering in the app if I still have to wait for them to make my food when I get there?
My husband found a chewed up straw in his burger. Called for a refund they stated they would give me a call back to refund me my money. Never heard back. Just received an email saying I?m sorry. This place is gross! Do not eat here!!!
In our opinion they are the best Franchise Burger, our favorite is the Bacon Cheese and the Patty Melt, the Fritten are also delicious and the service is always friendly if we want a good Burger, this is the place
