Whataburger - El Paso

The milkshakes at this restaurant are fantastic! The drive-thru is quick, even late at night around 12am to 1am.

This is usually my go-to Whataburger, but this time I had to send my food back twice and it was still wrong. I mentioned this to one of the workers, but it seemed like they didn't care. Then, when I asked for more jalapeños at the front counter and explained that I only got three in my sandwich, it was also brushed off and I was charged for a side order. I typically visit this location for lunch, but after this experience, I will not be returning for dinner.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. I have been coming here for over 30 years. Despite being at the front of Line A, everyone else received their orders before us. We were just sitting there, blocking the line, when someone flipped us off. Eventually, we had to call inside to even be acknowledged. When my husband went inside, Evelyn, the shift leader, completely ignored him. There was no explanation or apology given. The only apology came from a polite team member. The service from the shift leader/manager was terrible.

Had a cheeseburger with everything on it, a dry meat and bread literally got nothing on it. I asked another one who let me fall the same cold with cold cheese from bread, with everything that looked like it was thrown in. Another gave me the same with a bite I tried. How hard was that order?

Everybody goes through girls who look like a pig to the manager. All garbage. Nasty attitude. If you don't like working here! Don't! Nothing but a loser.
