Ay Caramba

Staff is awesome. Food is great. Definitely would recommend.

I recently dined at Ay Caramba and had an extremely disappointing experience. The service was subpar, and to make matters worse, the checkout process was unpleasant. We were a party of six, and a 20% tip was automatically included in our bill. When I inquired about this, the cashier rudely informed us that it was a legal requirement for groups of six or more. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service, the cashier dismissively suggested that we should go to another restaurant if we didn't like it. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, and it left a very bad impression. A restaurant that treats its customers with such disregard does not deserve my business. I would not recommend Ay Caramba to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

The food has been better. This last visit food was not very good rice was lumpy (stuck together), beans tasted old (as if they had been reheated several times). Usually the food is good.

Ordered steak and shrimp and steak was overcooked dry and hard. Shrimp tasted like from a box frozen. Shrimp a la diabla sauce tasted like chipotle. Will never eat here again. Food not like before.

Excellent dishes, plus just the right amount to fill ?
