Saltgrass Steak House

Very nice, spacious restaurant with excellent service provided by Kimberly and Michael. Celebrated a friend’s birthday here with chicken tortilla soup, salad, steak and shrimp. They serve a nice bread with butter to accompany the meal. The decor is western with saddles, different taxidermy animals, etc. great choice of booths or table or bar and also has outside patio seating. Thanks team for a great birthday celebration location!

Steak burt . Gave me a second Steak tuff couldn't eat it . Took forever so had to take it with me . My date had finished hers . Hers was burnt too but she ate it . Texas road house 10 times better This place way to expensive!! Service slow aa Christmas!

First time here, the food was really good but the service was even better. Kim was very attentive and very friendly.

Maybe my favorite dinner I’ve had since coming to El Paso. Zach was our waiter and was fantastic. We went full steak mode. I got the 16oz ribeye, she got the filet. Both were excellent. Almost my favorite part was the side salad, or maybe it was the baked potato? Man, the ol’ fashioned was money too. Bravo!

Service was great! The food not so much. The brisket (in the tacos) could have used some charring or something (was watery/soft in not a good way) and had a weird aftertaste. The Wagyu steak was flavorless, and the shrimp did not taste good. Unfortunately, we were expecting the food to taste similar (or better than) cattleman’s. I would put more emphasis on hiring skilled cooks or perhaps changing the way the meat is prepared if this is not the cooks fault.
