We had a great lunch in the paradero, eating and ambiente were like eating! eating is sublime and we shared teller to taste as much as we could! our only complaint is the high price of alcoholic drinks that they should have lower price options as well as beer is $10 a bottle!
During the service was fantastic, the food left much to wish. our dishes had minimal spices and what they were paying for what they are worth of little. more open table sent us to the wrong address and we ended at the end of a crash of dirt road in the middle of nowhere. we were then 30 minutes too late for our reservation. when we came to the restaurant, it was dark and not only dark, but a dark level, where you can hardly see 10 feet in front of you. it was also quite cool, but they made us cover. overall we wouldn't come back because eating really felt like a waste, but again, the service was top-tier.
Most expensive lunch ever, $350. US dollar) alcohol was particularly annoying. vinho verde, a beautiful Portuguese white, sold for $6-9 per bottle to house; her charge was $20 per glass. we ordered 2 shrimp z. one was underboiled the dessert was among the best ever, anywhere. the ambience/resort was beautiful. service was excellent. would recommend a wealthy friend, but with the integration of caves above.
We were seated to have dinner at the bar. There were not tables available. Apparently there was going to be an event.
