El Cielo Winery Resort - EL PORVENIR

We really enjoyed the wine tasting and tour, our hostess was friendly and did not cost to give the tour in English and Spanish to make sure that all people felt welcome and included in our party.

Every single employee was very friendly and helpful since the moment we parked. The outside of the winery and the restaurants is very well designed and kept. We had the wine and chocolate tasting experience and it was private, in an underground cellar and our waitress Elena was very knowledgeable and friendly. She needed time to meet us and explain every wine. She didn't rush the trial. The staff at the store was also amazing. On my list of favorites.

Resort excellent staff excellent the food was terrible for lunch and dinner. Lunch the sheep were over chef had no taste worst was my dinner when I ordered the octopus, it was disgusting I heard that many people complain about the octopus, they should put it out of the menu.

Great place and service. Good wine. Should the tour get through the winery.

We had and little accident on the entrance to the venue. The driver hit slightly the wood sigh post and it felt. It didin?t break or anything, it just felt. Two really rude people for security came and treated us like criminals, calling us their ex clients who intencional broke it. Their charge us 600 pesos. We were group of 10 adults who were going to spend at least 10.000 pesos in the establishment. The treatment form Ernesto was extremely rude and disrespectful. At no point he tried to fix the post or at least pick it up. Really disappointing experience at Cielo.
